software update issue

My phone is galaxy a31, i installed the software update about 6 times and when performing it the  phone restarts only and then tells me that software update failed . I installed it on diffirent and fast networks and same issue keeps happening. Help me please

install update in laptop thin send it for your phone by USB C

i plugged the charger into the phone and i performed the update and it succeeded. i don't know what is the relation with that 🤔
