My phone is galaxy a31, i installed the software update about 6 times and when performing it the phone restarts only and then tells me that software update failed . I installed it on diffirent and fast networks and same issue keeps happening. Help me please
kindly note that sometimes the phone itself gives a notification message that the battery of your phone needs to be more than 70% in order to complete the update
in order not to get interrupted while downloading the software
