I bought the new samsung a71 the last month Sometimes the wifi is disconnected and then connected Bluetooth disconnect once a day What should I do?

make sure that your device is on the last update 

Check the network coverage 

ensure that your device and the WIFI within the maximum range and also make sure that there's no obstacles or you check with the service provider as it may the problem not from the device itself or you can also reset the network setting from the device settings-NETWORK-reset network settings

make sure dear that you are in place where there's a strong signal

and your device doesn't block the device antenna

if you still face the same problem kindly check with the service provider  

reset the network settings:settings-general management -reset network settings
try to restart your device in the safe mode

hi samsung ksa I reset the network settings but the wifi and blutooth disconncting issue not solved.I am very disappointed for this complaint.what is the next step for this.

and check the network coverage 

try to restart the internet router 

also you can test the WiFi and the Bluetooth by using Samsung Members app : kindly go to get help page-then select interactive check 

if you still face the same issue then kindly visit the nearest service center in order to check your device
