mobile banking

Does anyone else have a problem making a mobile deposit with the Galaxy A50 phone? When I reach the point of having to take a picture of the check that I want to deposit, the picture will take but I cannot see it. I have tried all of the ratio settings but it doesn't make any difference. With my Motorola phone I never had any problem at all with mobile banking.

Any suggestions??

May we know if you mean that you want to take a screen shot of a banking transaction 

if yes may we know if you are using a banking application 

as the screen shot is working well normally in the phone but its not working using the banking application , correct
