I have problem when i turn on the microphone it work for 2min then it freeze & didn't save any thing 
When i turn on for lock screen or application

Close recently opened applications
Ensure that there is enough space on the device
Ensure that the device is on the latest update

we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Settings – Backup and reset - Factory data reset.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch
