I am asking about feature (protect battery) which is better to charge with (protect battery) or without ?
The phone lasts for 1.5 days sometimes not 2 days. Is this normal status ?
I have samsung A73

Yes, it is normal. And about the feature here's something you can do to make the full use of it. Have it set with bixby routines for turning on while charging at night, then choose which time it should be turned off in the next morning to complete the 100%.

It's normally with me it lasts only for 1 day and less depending on my use
And about your question use the protection battery so you will not going to finish completely cycle of the battery life

if you are still facing the issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch 
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
