Is there anyone here who has the same problem as me? A month after I updated my phone to the new UI, it suddenly became unresponsive or black screen, I had to turn it off. The problem is that it's hard to turn it off, especially if the internet isn't open. I can't command Bixby. I thought the new security patch fixed it, but sometimes it's still like that. What to do?
