My A71 does get connected to the 2.4 network but it doesn't with the 5G. Why is it?

2.4 Is common and most of the uses to support it from most devices
5g this range is faster but its distance is lower and spends more data and battery

also try to reset the network settings from the device settings-general management-reset -reset network settings
