After the update I did yesterday, all incoming calls are shown as an unknown number

and then try to make a call

dear try to make a call and then turn on VoLTE again to check if you still face the same issue

you can enable VoLTE whenever you want to use it dear 

if you still face the same issue then try to reset the device settings to the default from settings-general management-reset-reset the settings

and kindly keep auto-update on
