Touch screen test 10% Failed A10

Dear maintenance manager Samsung mobile A10 we performed Touch screen test by finger. Test failed 90% of screen area successfully done but 10% Failed. What new spare parts Are needed? Display is not broken. What is reason of fault? Pls write cost of New Display & only Touch screen spare part without Display? I use glass screen protector. Memory used 31,3GB out of total 32GB Thanks regards Engineer osama niazi
