Hello ... I have problem with my (Samsung A31) when I put face lock on my mobile the camera doesn't work also the UI system get stop and close until I restar my mobile it will be work... what is the solution...
kindly note that we shared the issue with the concerned department as there will be a software update released to solve it . meanwhile you can try to remove the face lock until the software update is released
