Make sure the fingerprint sensor (usually located on the side power button in this model) is completely clean and free of dust or oils. Also, try cleaning and thoroughly drying your finger, as high humidity or extreme dryness can affect fingerprint reading.

Delete the current fingerprint, then add it again.

Tip: When registering, try to cover as much of your finger as possible from different angles.

It's clean like normal but there is a message when I try to inter my finger print says that the finger print not working now and it's kept happening since 4 days I bought my phone 2 years ago and it is the first time this happens

I did the latest update and it keeps happening but the last few days my phone dropped alot on the floor may that affect the finger print?
