Wow, I was trying to contact the customer service about a fatal error in the new Samsung phones, I bought a new phone, and after 1 week of using, everything was normal, put it on charger and slept, I woke up finding that the phone made a factory data reset all by itself!!!!  Without my permission or anything, just like that! I lost everything, my data my work and everything. Then.. The customer service reply to me:
Wow thanks for contacting us, you can restore your data if you have a backup! .. We are happy to help you the (terrible) unprofessional middleast Samsung support. 

Like wow **bleep**!!!! How is that an answer to my problem???! I wanna fkn know if it's a bug in the new software or a Samsung scam or what?! 
I have a big YouTube page with millions of subscribers, and I'm gonna show this case and let the people know how much terrible is this

I don't know if I am going to help or not but check for software updates, if there are any then update it since that update might contain the bug fix for the issue. I have never encountered something like that before tbh

Which Samsung phone is this? And what software version?
It's unfortunate to read this. In the meantime, try restoring any backed up data. Your WhatsApp chats should be backed up to Google Drive, most of the photos are automatically backed up by Google Photos, and a lot of personal information such as contacts are usually backed up to your Google account.
I doubt Samsung can help, but I do hope you are compensated.

Brand new Galaxy A73, also i have an S22 that is restarting all by itself suddenly in random times , Android 12 .
A73 i have my work on it and everything because i transfered all my data from my old M31 phone and then i sold it to the company, now I'm only worried if the self mysterious factory reset would happen again suddenly, the thing is both Samsung and google are so dumb in the way of recovering

I had to recover my Gmails...but somehow password wasn't working, so during ( forgot password ) process, they send a code to my phone number for verification ,i put the code,After they tell me they will send another code to my gmail adress to make sure that's me!?🤣 like how tf I'm supposed to enter gmail if I'm trying to recover it....💩
