Software update bugs

Hi. I just got the OneUI 6 update on my samsung galaxy a14 and it has now a lot of bugs. Apps are crashing and sometimes when j launch an app or turn on a tile from the notification panel the phone suddenly restates. It keeps restarting. What should I do to fix that?

after any major update, you better factory reset to avoid any problems . but back up your data first

Okay thank you kindly I'll try other methods because I don't wanna reset the phone. If none work I'll reset it. Thanks for your help.

This reset will reset all settings

It work for a while (about 5 minutes) then i faced the same problem again. The phone restarts suddenly.
