Slow internet speed

I purchased a new Samsung A55 5G phone last week. Now I am having internet speed issues. I have reset all network settings and restored the phone twice. The internet is slow, although the same SIM card works properly in other phones.I tried both sim1 and sim2 slots, but the problem still exists. Maximum time is displayed as 4g rather than 5g. Even in 5G mode, the internet is slower than 4G

Where do you live? What is your internet operator?

If you live in a city, the 5G network is supposed to be fast, if the cause of the slow network may be the service provider, perhaps the data package you use is limited in speed or has a daily limit and then it becomes slow.

I'm in Riyadh saudi Arabia, I'm using lebara Sim, and the same sim 5g is working perfectly in other phones

I have had a problem like this 2 days ago because I downloaded a game around 15 gb on unlimited mobily package, my internet was not working after that but I turned off data for 8-10 hours and then it got fixed I don't how.
