I'm reporting a serious issue I found on the Samsung Galaxy A55 (One UI 7.0) that compromises phone security. The device allows someone to mute or adjust volume without unlocking, which can be exploited if the phone is lost or stolen.
Here are the three scenarios I've tested and confirmed:

1. Notification Shade Access
From the lock screen, swiping down shows the quick settings panel. Even while the phone is locked, I can:
Mute the device
Adjust media/phone volumes 🔒 This bypasses lock-screen protection and lets anyone silence the phone.

2. Using App Shortcuts (e.g., Camera or Calculator)
If I tap one of the lock screen shortcut apps (camera, calculator, etc.), I can then use the physical volume buttons while still locked. 🔒 Again, this lets someone mute the phone.

3. "Emergency Call" Screen Exploit
If I swipe to unlock and tap “Emergency call”, I am taken to the keypad screen — but from there, I can:
Swipe down to access notification shade
Tap the camera shortcut This allows the same volume control bypass.

🔍 Why This Matters:
A phone thief or someone with temporary access can:
Silently disable alarms or tracking apps
Avoid detection via ringer or media sounds This defeats the purpose of having volume buttons disabled on the lock screen by default.

Please escalate this to the concerned team. Ideally:
Block access to volume via notification panel on lock screen
Prevent physical volume use in app shortcuts or emergency mode unless authenticated

تغيير مستوي صوت الرنين او كتمه غير محمي او يتطلب فتح حماية الشاشة زي غلق واي فاي او موقع او غلق الهاتف نفسه وده من زمان الوضع ده قائم
افهم تخوفك من ان حد يوطى الصوت وانت بتحاول تتصل عليه عشان تسمعه فا تلاقيه بس هتعمل ايه لو اللي اخده او خباه شال منه شريحة الخط
في الوضع ده سامسونج معتمده علي تطبيق البحث عن هاتفي فقط حتي لو الهاتف اتعمل صامت او اتشالت الشريحة منه بس يكون واي فاي مفتوح وطلبت من التطبيق ان الهاتف يرن الجرس فهو هيستجيب ويرن بأعلي مستوي صوت للرنين وبأعلى جرس من اجراسه حتي لو الهاتف كان مضبوط علي نغمة اخرى ضعيفه
