You can try force closing the app from settings, if it happens again try clearing cache.
If it doesn't stop try powering off the device, wait 10 minutes then power it on.
If it continues to happen clear the app data and pair the Buds again.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

If this doesn't solve the problem, try freeing up some space (delete some apps you don't need)

How much RAM do you have? Try cleaning your device then try again.
Also delete any app you don't need as this problem can occur because of low storage or low RAM.
