Samsung galaxy A52 proximity sensor

Good morning I have a problem with the proximity sensor, most of the time it works okay, but sometimes during calls, the screen turns off and doesn't open again when I remove my phone up from my ear.

I have made a factory reset for my phone but the problem is still the same.

Any suggestion for a solution?

Also, did the phone has a hardware proximity sensor or it's only software?

There is no solution because the phone doesn't have a hardware proximity sensor it has a software one

You have a virtual sensor not a real one .
