Samsung Pay

Hi i am using Samsung A70 device, every where on internet it says A70 comes with Samsung Pay.

But my device has Samsung Pay Framework but not the app.

I tried downloading from Galaxy store and Play store but it say my device is not compatible.

Is it just my device unable to use Samsung pay or every A70 device.?

Any ideas how do i use Samsung pay?

samsung pay dose not work in saudi arabia.

thats not true..
my dad is having note 9 Samsung Pay works fine on that device.

I live in Riyadh
in my dad's note 9 Samsung pay is working but not in my A70...
there must be some problem..
