Is it safe to encrypt it and if i did does it affect the informations saved in the SD card. Is there any risk to lose the informations i have in it ?

no sir there are no risks 

but please make sure to decrypt it before doing any reset to factory settings for your phone 

as unfortunately if you reset your phone to factory settings it will not recognize the sd card as an old one to decrypt it
