Samsung A53 5g network issue

Ever since I bought this mobile it is giving network problem if I keep it on 2g then call comes but if I select 4G 5G no call comes no call no mobile data is not working is this solved mobile factory reset also done but didn't get the solution

What is the reason for this? I am also changing SIM card twice but nothing works
