جالاكسى ADear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unavailability of the Arabic language for Bixby on Galaxy A-series devices, specifically the Galaxy A35, while it is fully supported on Flagship devices.
Language support should be considered a fundamental accessibility right for all users, regardless of the device's category. It is not an 'exclusive feature' or a luxury. The Galaxy A35 carries a powerful NPU (Exynos 1380) that is more than capable of processing voice commands locally and efficiently. I urge you to provide the Arabic language update for the A-series to ensure equality and a better user experience for the Arab community."

جالاكسى A"Thank you, Aya, for your response. However, the link provided is for 'Samsung Business Insights,' which is not relevant to my technical inquiry as an individual user.
My issue is a specific software limitation regarding the Galaxy A35. As I demonstrated with the attached screenshots, the hardware (Exynos 1380 NPU) already supports these AI features, but the Arabic language is being intentionally excluded.
I request that you escalate this ticket to the Software Development Department. This is not just a service improvement request; it is a request to enable a fundamental language right that is already technically possible on this device.
I look forward to a technical response rather than a general customer service template."
