Recently I purchased Samsung A06 incoming call always first attempt disconnect

Unable to pickup the call at first attempt again caller call i am able to pick. Please help

Ya, I have been there . Once I updated all apps it got fixed. However, I don't know the reason behind it , if it didn't work , you can format to factory defaults
