Priority mode not working

Requires minimum game plugins 3.2.0 and this type of update targets android 12.

My phone is limited to android 11.

The question here is WHY DOES IT UPDATED ON OLD VERSION LIKE MINE WHEREAS NOT AVAILABLE?
