I've bought a galaxly A71 from KSA and I'm using it in egypt and still didn't get the one ui 3.1 update, will I get it?

You have to make a master reset with the Egyptian SIM in the phone and to complete the first Android setup using the SIM data , if still not fixed u will be obliged to flash the Egyptian rom .
