OREO UPDATE

Why am I not yet receiving the Oreo update? I have been noticed by Samsung Members that the rollout for Android 8.0 for Samsung A8 (2018) has already occurred and was already update on September 05, 2018. Today is October 13, 2018 but I still haven't received the update yet. I can't figure out what's wrong.

 I am hoping for a response. Thanks.

I've got the update two months or a month from now but go by phone to Samsung maintenance maybe the problem will be fixed

Frist u format your moblie than u rest new after go setting after go software update than u get
