Names not appear on WhatsApp

Half of contact name do not appear on WhatsApp business application. They appear phone No. Only.  

I can not add to contact or vise versa choose WhatsApp from contact

WhatsApp application send to me " can not update read only contacts" I can not send WhatsApp messages to these numbers
