The microphone on my A52s doesn't work properly most of the time. My voice is too low on it, other people can't hear me unless I talk right into the microphone.
The problem randomly goes away and comes back. I have seen others online with the same problem.
The problem exists in safe mode too.
I have tried resetting all settings, and disabling all apps with microphone access, including bixby and google voice assistant.
The problem is not with the internal microphone. The problem exists when I use earbuds or haedphones too.
I'm currently on the October update, but I have talked to another person who has the same problem on the November update.
