We wish you a happy day
Based on your inquiry regarding We ask you to make sure through some steps
Settings - Applications - Messages - The messaging application will appear to you. Make sure that you have activated the messaging application for the phone itself and not any other external application
After that, you can go to Messages by long pressing on the message you want to delete and you will see Delete at the bottom of the screen
If the problem persists, please factory reset the device.
Settings - General Management - Restore - Factory Data Reset - Reset Device - Erase All
Before starting this step, please copy the phone data. It can be stored through the following link for the Samsung Smart Switch program

After that, you can go to Messages by long pressing on the message you want to delete and you will see Delete at the bottom of the screen

صباح الخير آية ...بالاشارة الي اخر محادثة بيننا ا هل تطبيق ترو كولر هو ما تقصدينه ...انا لا استخدمه للرسائل او المكالمات ..استخدمه فقط لمعرفة الأرقام المجهولة لاكن انا عندي عدد اتنين تطبيق للرسائل واحد موجود علي الموبايل الجديد والتاني برضه كان جاي مع الموبايل القديم ونقلته منالموبايل القديم الي الجديد عن طريق سمارت سويتش وهو ده اللي بستخدمه لان عليه كل الرسائل من كل الجهات التي اتعامل معها زي البنك الاهلي وفودافون مثلا اما التطبيق الاخر اللي جاي مع التليفون اصلا انا لا استخدمه ...هل تنصحين بعمل
