Media sound

Hi. 

I have samsung galaxy a71 4g. When I play video. Sound is comming only from media speaker not from ear speaker. 

But my galaxy note 10 .plays media sound from both media speaker and ear speaker.

Plz help to activate this setting in galaxy a71 also.

Because galaxy A71 has mono speakers 

Newer model Galaxy A72 & 73 support stereo speakers 

You can't activate it since  it's a hardware thing
