Keep notification badge number until the app is opened

Hello Samsung Team,

I would like to suggest adding an option to keep the notification badge number on the app icon until the app is opened — not removed when the notification is cleared from the panel.

This feature is available on some other Android devices (like Realme), and it’s very useful because it helps me know if I missed any notifications even after clearing the panel.

I hope you consider adding this feature in future One UI updates.
