I was making a password and when. I tried to open the phone it doesn't work I tried alot but doesn't work I have my fingerprint to open the phone but i need the password is there any solution
Unfortunately the only solution here is to wipe data / factory reset your phone through recovery mode, so it will delete all your data
Connect your device to the laptop or computer - and long press the volume down button + the power button. The device will turn off after 10 seconds. Then press the volume up button + the power button. When you see the Samsung Galaxy start screen, release the buttons. You will get into the recovery mode. Go down using the volume down button to the option. Wipe data / factory reset - press power key one time. Your phone will be wiped out and restart
