Galaxy A 80 CALLING DELAY

Im facing calling issue after ui 3.1 and android 11 update in my device A80. Whenever there is im recieving call the sound is getting delayed with 10-15 sec after connecting moreover the call is getting hung up automatically

Get the network back.
From settings and then general settings then returning the settings and then retrieving the network

They are talking about another new software update solving this problem but I didn't receive it yet

Dear try to wipe cache partition from the recovery mode

check the network coverage

did you use any headphones or earbuds or any Bluetooth accessory ?

try to reset the network settings from the device settings-general management-reset-reset the network settings

check your device in the safe mode

and for updates : for security updates you can check settings-bio metrics and security -security updates

and for software update from the device settings-software update

also you can use and download smart switch app on you pc too to check if there's any available update

try to reset the network settings from the device settings-general management-reset-reset the network settings

check your device in the safe mode

also you can use and download smart switch app on you pc too to check if there's any available update

and kindly send an error report with log file data through the app from get help page-send feedback-error report

dear try to perform a factory reset but before that make sure to back up all your data and recheck again, if you still face the same issue then kindly visit the nearest service center
