My name is Mostafa Saad, and I am writing to you from Egypt to formally raise a serious complaint regarding a Samsung Galaxy A15 device that I purchased less than one year ago.
Unfortunately, shortly after purchasing the phone, I experienced a major manufacturing defect. I took the device to an authorized Samsung service center, where I was informed that it was a manufacturing issue. The device was repaired under warranty at that time.
However, only one month after the repair, the exact same issue occurred again. When I returned to the service center, I was told that the warranty had expired and that I would need to pay 4,000 EGP for the repair — despite the fact that the phone originally cost 7,000 EGP and has not even completed one year of normal use.
I find this situation extremely unfair and disappointing. A manufacturing defect that reappears shortly after warranty repair clearly indicates a product reliability issue. It is unreasonable for a customer to bear such a high repair cost for what appears to be a recurring factory defect.
I am respectfully requesting a full device replacement, as I have completely lost confidence in this unit. I have always known Samsung as a global brand that values quality and customer satisfaction, and I hope my case will be handled accordingly.
I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally. I look forward to your prompt response.

جالاكسى Aغير كده ده قانون فترة الضمان خلصت يبقا تدفع عشان تصلحه حتي لو بعد فترة الضمان ما تخلص بيوم لانها ليها مدة
وعمتا هنا مفيش دعم بيرد اوي التطبيق معمول عمتا لمستخدمي سامسونج عشان يشاركوا تجاربهم وكده
فلو عايز حد يوشف كلامك وبالعربي عادي فتواصل مع دعم سامسونج مصر بس عمتا مش هيعملولك حاجة لان خلاص فترة الضمان خلصت
روح لجوجل واكتب سامسونج في البحث وادخل علي موقعهم الاصلي
بعد كده روح ل 3شرط > الدعم > اتصل بنا > واختار الطريقة الي تناسبك وشايف ان الواتس افضلهم
