Fingerprint scanner not detected

I did everything the support said and i restarted cleared data and cleared caches and i force restarted alot but it keeps saying it not detected what can i do 

I literally did everything 

I have a samsung galaxy a16 5g 

Can anyone share solutions

Check for Physical Blockage: Ensure the power key (where the sensor is located) is completely clean and dry. If you are using a rugged case, try removing it to ensure the sensor is making full contact with your finger.
Run Hardware Diagnostics: Open the Samsung Members app, go to Support > Phone diagnostics, and select Fingerprint recognition. This will confirm if the sensor is physically failing or just a software glitch.
Test in Safe Mode: Turn off the phone, then hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the logo appears to enter Safe Mode. If it works here, a third-party app is causing the conflict.
Check for System Updates: Go to Settings > Software update. Sometimes a specific patch is released to fix biometric bugs.
Hardware Inspection: If the diagnostic tool says "Action required" or "Normal" but it still fails, the internal ribbon cable for the side-mounted sensor might be loose or damaged, which would require a professional repair.

First when i start the diagnosis it tells me to add fingerprints when i want to add it just doesn't work and i stuck in the fingerprint add screen sometimes it says fingerprint scan timed out

I replaced the battery before on my Note 20 Ultra and the fingerprint stopped i have no hope getting it back

Look i have a problem in my type c connecter in my phone and also idk whats the problem it doesn't transfer data or fast charge i asked a mobile shop he said i gotta replace all the port but i dont want to get my phone opened so i ignored it
Maybe its a battery / charge problem that gets fingerprint sensors not working idk Samsung should look into it
