When i check the phone checks in the automatic check the in call speaker the main speaker start. I think the app need an update

it's very clear when i check the mobile speaker in here the in-call speaker don't work the original speaker test 2 times and i was testing the in call speaker but the main speaker turns on

kindly note that if you received an action required when testing the device's options within Samsung Members application then unfortunately service is needed as your device needs to be checked by a Samsung technician
