جالاكسى Akindly try to use a different Wi-Fi network , if you faced the same issue then kindly download
Samsung smart switch on both your PC and smart phone from the below link
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch
and then connect your phone to PC through USB cable and open the app on your PC to check for available updates
