Dual Whatsapp folder is getting deleted automatically

I am using two Whatsapps through Dual messenger on my Galaxy A51. The main Whatsapp is working fine but for the second one I'm unable to download any images. After looking in settings I found that the backup is also not happening. The whatsapp folder is missing in dualapp folder in file manager. I reinstalled whatsapp and the folder appeared. But after downloading any image in the chats, the whatsapp folder again disappeared. Please tell me if there is any solution for this

may we know if you tried to uninstall it completely and try it again 

plus if you tried to clear data and cache for the dual whatsapp app

I cleared the cache and data and uninstalled the app. After the recovery from the google drive the whatsapp folder was deleted automatically.

may we know if you tried to contact Whatsapp support to check with their side as unfortunately its a 3rd party app
