Device overheating issue

I am from Bangladesh and facing device overheating issues. How can I solve it?

most of the times, if I use social networking apps such as facebook and instagram. and watching videos on youtube also makesthe device overheat

Is it too hot to hold comfortably. If so, you can install a temperature monitoring app to measure battery and CPU temperature on heavy use. If above 50C, then you should get the battery checked.

all Samsung users now suffering from heat in all devices , I thinks developers are doing something wrong with updates, numbers in cpu need to be fixed by them.
