Can anyone help me or guide me how to recover permanently deleted contacts after it was empty in recycle bin. It was happen by mistake from msyelf appreciate if anyone can help me on this subject my mobile Samsung Galaxy A7

open gallery settings-enable recycle bin or trash -restore

kindly note that items in the trash or recycle bin will be permanently deleted after a certain time 

for whats app albums make sure that you have already enabled media auto-download from whats app settings

also from gallery app-3 dots on the right corner-check hide unhide albums
