Can't take a screenshot

I just updated the phone to android 10 one UI 2.. But I can't take a screenshot.. when I press and hold power and down keys, I get the power options

متستناش يجيلك notification

هو الطريقة الاسهل بقى هى ال power w down key
بس انا كنت فاكر انى بعمل hold
