I cant change language on samsung members app. Guyss, pleasee help me

I have same problem, I tried everything but not everything. I mean, I didn't tried to format and and change the country to US or any other English countries. Now I residing in Saudi Arabia, so my Samsung Members app luggage will be Arabic. I think that's why I cannot change the language. I f I format my phone and change it to USA, it will work.

Do i need to route my phone to do this or I need to reset it to factory settings and adjust it?

it is based on sim card. And location. insert a USA or English sim and let me know

maybe a usa vpn would do the trick
