After the latest One UI 6.1 update on my Samsung Galaxy A52s, I’ve been facing a recurring issue with Bluetooth call audio.
When I connect my phone to any Bluetooth device that supports calls (car system, smartwatch, or earbuds), music and media audio work perfectly.
However, whenever I start or receive a phone call, the audio automatically switches from the Bluetooth device back to the phone’s internal speaker.

When I manually tap the “Bluetooth” button during the call, it turns green for a second, plays a short beep sound, then immediately disconnects again — the call never stays on Bluetooth audio.

I already tried the following steps, but the issue persists until I reset network settings:

Unpaired and re-paired all Bluetooth devices

Cleared Bluetooth cache and data (not visible under Apps list)

Disabled battery optimization for Bluetooth

Restarted and updated all system apps

After performing a Network Settings Reset, the problem temporarily disappeared — but I’m worried it will return after some time or future updates.

It seems like a Bluetooth HFP (Hands-Free Profile) routing issue that affects all call-related Bluetooth devices.
