Abrupt restarts and freezing

My Samsung a71 2019 freezes almost every 10 minutes what might be the problem

Did the device fall to the ground? Check the corners of the screen

It displays "process not responding", "UI not responding" if I decide not to hard restart after a freeze

If it does not respond, there is an application that does not work due to missing files... If you know this program, you must delete it or clear its cache. If you do that and you are sure of the application here, it must be formatted.

Have no idea of the app because the the calculator app that seemed to relocate in the scroll down bar was Uninstalled

Try running the device in safe mode. Will the problem appear?!
