A71 security patch

@Samsung_Expert My phone Samsung A71 the last security patch received is February 2021 I bought it in Lebanon and I'm using it in Lebanon. Why I didn't receive new security patch ? Hope you answer ❤

The problem is not in Lebanon, but in all versions of Levant.
All phones that carry the Iraq code (MID) receive very few updates over long periods

kindly try to search for available software updates by downloading Samsung smart switch app on your pc and smart phone 

if that did not work then kindly refer to the nearest service center in your country to check your device for you
