My phone didnt got the update of android 12 i am in lebanon and my phone is A71(MID) 

Not even got the security update from monthes i only got one ui 3.1 from a year ago

Hopefully your phone is eligible for android 12.
I advice you to install smartswitch app on your computer and connect your phone to it, then it will check and download then install all updates.
Hope this solution fits your condition.

Yes, when you connect the phone it will automatically tell you if there is a pending update.

U should also download the smartswitch app on ur phone too

The smartswitch app on desktop will automatically install the android side when the phone is connected

I downloaded it and received the update it says 5gb is it secure to download? Or i will lose my data?

Yes all is safe (Official firmware from samsung) . Dw. Its 5GB because upon updating your from from smartswitch app, it downloads the whole operating system, thats y its 5GB.
