@samsungmena Please, reconsider your customer support background and awareness that is obviously fragile! Your continuous repeated answers and automated replies are non professional at all and breaks the community values and of course customers satisfaction. The whole team need to be re-trained for customer service role as they represent Samsung which is a big deal. For your kind support and course of action!
