Hello

I have a problem while answering a whatsapp call my phone automatically opens the speakerphone instead of the earpiece and refuses to switch back to the earpiece manually. It's very frustrating. Is there a way to resolve this issue ?

Same on my S24U, and it's very embarrassing in public.

For your inquiry, please go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Settings

This reset will reset all settings

You can go to Settings, then Applications, then click on the three dots at the top, then click on Reset Application Preferences

Well my friend, I did both resets you suggested and the problem remains the same 🫤

Any other suggestions before I forget about samsung and switch to another brand for good?
