جالاكسى AExcuse me, I have an A54, and I’ve had this problem for two weeks. Suddenly, while I’m using it, it switches to the lock screen and closes the app I was using, no matter what it is. After that, the screen keeps turning on and off by itself, and then it restarts on its own. Sometimes, after restarting, it logs out of the Samsung account.
Has anyone experienced this with their phone or knows what might be causing it?
I’ve already done a software reset and updated the phone, but it didn’t make a difference."

This issue seems to be related to either software corruption or hardware malfunction. Here are some possible causes and steps to address the problem:
Causes:
1. Software Glitch: A recent update or app conflict may have introduced instability.
2. Battery or Power Management Issue: Faulty battery or power circuits can cause random reboots.
3. Overheating: Internal temperature fluctuations might lead to forced restarts.
4. Corrupted System Files: This could cause instability in the operating system.
5. Samsung Account Sync Problem: A bug with the Samsung account system might log you out after a restart.
Solutions:
1. Safe Mode:
Boot your phone in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, a third-party app may be causing the problem.
To enter Safe Mode:
Turn off the phone.
Hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears, then release it and hold the Volume Down button.
The phone will restart with "Safe Mode" in the corner.
2. Check for Background Apps:
Uninstall any recently installed apps.
Clear the cache for all apps by going to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Cache.
3. Battery Optimization:
Disable battery optimization for critical apps in Settings > Battery > Background usage limits.
4. Reinstall the Latest Firmware:
Use Samsung Smart Switch on your PC to reinstall the firmware. This ensures a clean install without underlying software issues.
5. Wipe Cache Partition:
Boot into Recovery Mode and clear the cache partition:
Turn off your phone.
Hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
Use the volume keys to navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" and press Power to select it.
6. Samsung Account:
Ensure that the Samsung account sync is functioning by re-logging into the account or resetting its settings in Settings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Account.
7. Factory Reset (As a Last Resort):
Back up your data and perform a factory reset from Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset.
If None of These Work:
The issue might be hardware-related. Visit a Samsung Service Center to inspect the device for potential faults like motherboard issues or faulty power
