Fingerprints cannot running I have any screen product but this never works well from first used this phone it was so bad until now . I advice people never used this phone or any phone have sensor on screen. Just find any solution .

 Based on your inquiry regarding to the issue 

Test the sensor by

# * #0  *

Use and update the sensor

In case of changing the screen color

Please make to the device factory reset

Settings - General Administration - Return - Factory data reset - Device reset - All clear

Before switching to this step, please copy the phone data

 If the screen color is not changed during the test and the issue still after rest

you can visit us in a nearest service center to help you to solve the issue
